CPOA/CGEA 2026 Convention

The 57th Annual CPOA and 25th Annual CGEA Convention site and dates have been finalized.  Please mark your calendar and begin your planning to attend. 

Why attend convention?  Convention is when membership makes decisions for the future of CPOA and CGEA (National). This is where suggestions (motions), discussions, and decisions are made.  If your chapter/branch is not represented at convention, you are missing out on your opportunity to shape and update how CPOA/CGEA does business and supports local activities. Each chapter/branch is encouraged to send at least one delegate to participate in shaping the future of our organization.  Every member (in good-standing) is invited to attend convention to participate in the floor discussions, convention committees and social activities - this is your Association! 

Accommodations:  Discounted group-rate room reservations are now available. The discounted rate is available online for August 23rd thru August 27th.  If you need to arrive before the 23rd, or check out after the 27th, please send an email explaining your situation to cpoaconvention@gmail.com and we will inquire if there is availability.

Important Deadlines
The deadline for Resolutions and Gold Lifetime Member nominations was 24 April 2026 -120 days prior to the convention convening.
